The contact form
We keep what you typed — name, phone number, shop name, town, how many shops and your message — with the date. We use it to contact you about EXELO and nothing else, and we do not sell it or pass it on.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored with Google Cloud (Firebase) on our behalf. Nobody outside Exelo Global reads them except where the law requires it.
What the pages do
No third-party scripts, no advertising, no cross-site trackers. Fonts and images come from our own domain. Our host keeps ordinary server logs, including your IP address, to deliver the site and defend it from abuse.
Keeping it, or removing it
We keep an enquiry while it is useful for talking to you, and delete it on request. Write to support@exelo.net.
